JPG Physical Therapy & Athletic Training Services

In a week, it will be one year since I had ACL and meniscus surgery from a Jiu Jitsu injury. My surgeon referred me to JPG for physical therapy, and I can’t overstate how grateful I am.

I’ve been back in action and finished with PT for many months now, but I wanted to take a moment to share my gratitude for how good Dr. James is.

Dr. James is truly a master at his craft. I can say this with confidence as my sister is a successful DPT herself, so I know quality care when I see it. Dr. James knew exactly how to progress my recovery. We rarely repeated the same exercises, always advancing my strength and mobility. He pushed me just enough while making sure I was comfortable, always watching my form and adjusting as needed. Over time, I could feel and see real progress, reaching my goals of getting back on the mat and even onto the pitch with my daughter, who I coach.

His assistant, Ali, is wonderful as well. She’s clearly learning under excellent guidance, and it shows. She was great at demonstrating the movements and keeping me accountable throughout the exercises.
