We had two stair lifts installed by Consolidated Medical and they have been running flawlessly for years. The company stands behind their work and their technician (Brandon), helped us get the lift operating again after a recent issue. We appreciate the care and attention which helped Mom keep important Doctor appointments.

Having used a wheelchair since childhood, I’ve dealt with a LOT of medical equipment providers. If you know, you know—it’s not easy to find one that checks all those boxes. Consolidated Medical consistently does. Mike, Brandon, and the whole team are the best around by far. It’s clear how much they care about their work equipping people with disabilities to live their best lives. Five stars and a big vote of confidence from me.

Mike and his staff at Consolidated Medical have been more than great to me and my daughters needs. From the start of the whole process they exceeded beyond expectation and fought for everything my daughter needed in her chair . Communication, skills, and even helped with delivery to home . We were in tears of joy when we received her chair ,what we thought was going to be impossible Mike worked relentlessly to make sure she got what she truly deserved .They prioritize on there work and are very efficient on meeting customers needs we could not be more than Happy

This is an easy review to write. My husband just received his new wheelchair from Consolidated Medical and he couldn't be happier. This whole process was such a pleasure from beginning to end. Imagine writing emails and someone actually writing back!!! :) (thanks Jessica). We had a very bad experience with another company. The staff at Consolidated Medical are polite, attentive, experienced and willing to help in any way that they can. We will continue to use Consolidated Medical for all of my husbands needs. Everyone at Consolidated Medical is absolutely wonderful. From the first point of contact via email with manager, Diane, regarding the rental of a scooter to the in person office visit to learning and understanding that the jazzy passport chair was a better fit for us, was a great experience.

Jessica took great care and time with explaining the differences between the two mobility units and in demonstrating how to operate each unit. She provided easy to follow instructions and patience while demonstrating how each unit assembled and unassembled. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.
