I was very skeptical about doing any services because i had little to no confidence in my body so i didn’t want anybody to see me the way i was.. but when i arrived for my first appointment i was greeted with beautiful smiles and warm welcomes.. i felt like i was just out hanging with the girls.. and before i knew it the services were done and i was in total shock.. i could not believe that just in one session i saw a difference and after a few more sessions with A-list i can now proudly say i love my body and myself even more and even better i gained a new friend .. highly recommend anybody looking for a change in their body or help with their weight journey book an appointment.
