Barre, Body and Soul is very special to me. Every time I go to a class I feel upbuilt mentally and emotionally. The physical benefits are just a bonus! You’re getting stronger from the inside out. Such a supportive, loving community of women of all ages, races and backgrounds. The owner, Ashley, made me feel welcome from the very first class I attended. It truly has become my “happy place.” ❤️ This place is a shining diamond in the community. Highly recommend!
I came to BBS, about a year ago and immediately felt welcomed. The classes are amazing and motivating. I like a challenge when working out and these instructors provide that while always smiling. I even feel inspired to get up early to take these classes. Additionally there's an Infrared Sauna there that will help keep you fresh and healthy. There's a class for everyone. The calmness and energy levels that these instructors bring is just what I need to refresh myself daily.
So glad I became part of the BBS crew last year! 💕 Barre Body & Soul offers a variety of classes, brings the best energy, and has the most supportive community. I drive 40 minutes just to take these classes because they are that AMAZING - the teachers are fantastic and will work with your skill level/give modifications for any injuries you may have! Thank you BBS for being the best and making a girl real strong 💪🏼
