Jen is a fantastic therapist. I came to her at a time in my life when I was hurting, lost, and had very little support. She gave me the tools necessary to develop an internal support system for myself, to see the world in a realistic way, and to help me realize that I can learn and move on from my mistakes. I'm in a completely different place in my life, a much better place, since I started seeing her. Highly recommend her services, you will not be disappointed!

I’ve been seeing Jen for about a year now and I am amazed at the progress I’ve made so far with her. After each session, I always feel lighter and more in control of my anxieties. She is super sweet, insightful and easy to talk to. I never feel judged when I talk with her. She really gets to know who you are and helps you develop the tools to overcome obstacles on your own. I 100% recommend Jen as a counselor!!

Jen is a gem and the best therapist you will find. I've been to at least 8 different counselors over the years and she is by far head and shoulders above the rest, no comparison. I started using her for couples counseling and then moved to one on one. She is gentle, caring, relatable, and gives great advice. This isnt the type of therapist that just sits and nods and leaves all the talking to you. She interacts and sessions become like a pleasant heart to heart chat filled with insight and guidance. Jen also gives homework which may sound silly but it helps! Last and most important, she gave me the tools to handle depression and anxiety on my own where I no longer need sessions. Though I admit I miss just sitting across from her and chatting!
