LC quality dental is the best dentist experience i’ve been to (i’ve had 4 others). Dr. Chen is very thorough with her patients and ensures she takes the right protective measures for everyone. The whole staff is very lovely, organized, and professional. It is very enjoyable to come here. I cannot recommend them enough!
The clinic is spotless and welcoming. Everyone — from the front desk to the doctors and nurses — is genuinely kind. I’ve always been nervous about seeing the dentist, but they really helped put me at ease and made the whole experience so much less scary.
Before I became a patient of Dr. Chen, I had been seeing another dentist who always told me my teeth were in good condition. However, when I began experiencing pain in one tooth, I decided to visit Dr. Chen for a second opinion. She immediately identified that the tooth had severe bone loss and was at risk of falling out without treatment.
Fortunately, Dr. Chen offers laser treatment, which is not commonly available in this area. I received the treatment, and over time, the tooth has gradually healed and is now functioning normally.
I highly recommend Dr. Chen. She is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind.
