I've lived here for three years and it has been a wonderful experience! Management is friendly and quick to respond to any and everything. They truly go above and beyond!

Had a great year living here. The access to downtown Somerville is great! I can’t say enough about the management here. From move-in until my last day Megan was extremely helpful and quick to respond. The super, Derek, is also very helpful and a good guy. The residents are all considerate and quiet during quiet hours, never had a problem with my neighbors! I only moved out of here because I had to move for work. You will certainly enjoy living here!

I lived in the building for 10 months. It was perfect for me. I had a studio. The building is well maintained. The manager is efficient and is committed. She is serious about maintaining the building. Laundry is always clean. The small issues I had were resolved quickly and correct. Living in downtown Somerville was great. Many tenants were like me, real residence somewhere else. Building is secure.

I lived here for two years. Just moved out July 2017. The building is well kept and the tenants are all nice.

However the SUPER IS HORRIBLE. She is rude to her tenants and even talk about them behind their backs when she thinks they are not listening. She recks of cigarettes and she is an alcoholic. One day i needed a bandaid and she was so frustrated that i asked her for one. (Bandaid smelled like cigarettes too)
She even bad mouthed the tenants who lived there before my family. (Warning sign)
7 PEOPLE MOVED OUT WHEN I DID RESULTING TO 7 VACANCIES ALL BECAUSE OF HER RUDENESS!

If there is ever another super;living there will be fantastic!
