I’ve lived with low back pain for years. I found no relief with orthopedic physicians or previous PTs. I’d come to accept that I would just have to limit my activities and make peace with my discomfort until a friend mentioned Fluid Physio.
Fluid Physio is not your typical PT office. When you walk in, you will be warmly greeted by Zanira who is total sunshine. I work with Dr. Easton and he is amazing. He’s intuitive, knowledgeable, skilled, genuine, personable and effective. He uncovered the root causes of my issue during his initial thorough evaluation. During each session since, I have his undivided attention for the entire hour. Dr. Easton is fully engaged, communicative, hands on and has a keen eye for those little tweaks that make a big difference. He has taught me how to move and posture my body properly to work me out of the compensations my body has been making for years.
A nice side benefit is their app with videos of your home exercises and the ability to check them off as completed. Brilliant!
My improvement has been significant and I look forward to continuing my progress. A big heartfelt thank you to Dr. Easton and the exceptional Fluid Physio team.
From the moment you walk in, Zanira greets you with a smile and refreshments, instantly setting a welcoming tone. The entire team is personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. My physical therapist, Dr. Easton, is a savant. He’s not only gotten me out of pain but also teaches me something new every time I come in. His understanding of muscle groups and how everything connects is incredible. Dr. Easton has helped me develop real awareness in my day-to-day life—improving my posture, easing strain, and preventing future issues.
This practice isn’t just for injuries; it’s a place for anyone who wants to take better care of their body. I can’t recommend them enough for their expertise, compassion, and the positive energy they bring to every visit.
Run, don’t walk, for a session at FluidPhysio! After 3 months at another physical therapy establishment, I was still in chronic shoulder pain. After one session with Easton manually working on my shoulder, my pain was gone! I mean gone! The thing is that I went there for lower back pain. Their holistic approach to the body and pain does not limit their focus to just one body part. For my lower back, Easton has worked on my posture, neck, back and hip flexibility, strengthening my deep core muscles, etc. I am now walking taller, my neck does not protrude forward and my spine has returned to its natural curve.
I can’t say enough great things about FluidPhysio! It’s totally worth checking out and at least going for an initial consultation!
I started seeing Gianna at Fluid Physio for some nagging upper back and forearm issues that had been bothering me for a while. I’m not a hardcore athlete or anything—just a casual indoor climber who was tired of feeling sore every time I bouldered.
Gianna was super thorough and really took the time to figure out what was going on. With her help, the pain started to ease up, and now I feel way more confident on the wall. My movement feels smoother, and I don’t have to hold back anymore just to avoid irritation.
The whole team at Fluid Physio is friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. If you're dealing with aches and pains (climbing-related or not), I definitely recommend checking them out.
I’ve been dealing with some ongoing health issues that left me feeling frustrated and unsure of where to turn. From the moment I started working with Gianna at Fluid Physio, I felt supported, heard, and truly cared for. She not only helped me manage and reduce my physical symptoms through targeted therapy, but she also guided me in the right direction with genuine compassion and professionalism.
Her knowledge, patience, and dedication made a world of difference in my recovery. She took the time to understand my specific needs and created a personalized plan that worked for me. Thanks to her guidance, I’ve seen real progress and feel much more hopeful about my health.
I’m so grateful to have found her and the whole Fluid Physio team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for skilled and caring physical therapists.
