ER staff was phenomenal!
Nurses in 4 South = Rock Stars!
Cardiac Technicians, (EKG, Ultrasound and Echo), seemed new to role and shouldn't be on their own yet. Learning better bedside manners and listening to the patients when they explain their previous history.
I have to say I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the ER, Nurses and the surgical team the treatment was top notch! They recognized an emergency quickly and did surgery. My stay at the hospital was the best! Dr. Choi was my surgeon and he is extremely nice!
His bedside manner is like no other! I’ve never received such good care.
My experience was absolutely phenomenal. From the very beginning, staff were friendly, welcoming and personable. It’s clear the staff love their job. They were very gentle in their care, thorough at each step, clearly explaining what they were doing. Dr. Boc, Chris, Cindy 1&2, Daneen, Dr.Wong (I’m sure I am forgetting others and I apologize) but each interaction and staff member were excellent. I can’t say enough about the kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend going here for a procedure.
If I had to be in the hospital, this was a great visit. The nurses were outstanding. The technicians were great however, the one running I had with the doctor was not good. I asked him about writing prescription for my long-term care and he couldn’t be bothered with the poo busy looking at his fingernails and he said on my team will take care of that. My team will take care of that. Come check out time they hadn’t even written my prescription if it wasn’t for the absent nurse on the fourth floor I probably would still be in there overnight, she was amazing.
