I recently had a new roof installed at my home. I am happy to add that working with Brett at Tip Top was an excellent experience!
Tip Top had done over 30 new roof installations in the past 2 years. Our neighbors were so pleased and impressed with Tip Top, that we decided to go with them, and not seek any other estimates.
It was the right decision. Brett took us through all the steps, and thoroughly addressed many questions and concerns.
My new roof looks perfect. Thank you Brett, and the Tip Top team for a job well done 👍

5 STAR! Brett, Mario and his team did everything they said they were going to do and then some!! I was initially skeptical of having the roof replaced after a recent hailstorm, but when they came around for a free inspection they noted that there was a decent amount of damage and if not addressed now, it could lead to significant issues down the road.
The entire process including insurance inspections, consultations, and planning probably took about three months while the actual roof work only required a good 4 day span of clear skies. The job ended up being way more complex than my insurance company originally quoted. (There were several layers of old roof which are no longer code, so the entire roof was removed and re-decked. Brett told me not to worry about the extra cost and that they would negotiate with my insurance on my behalf. The most important thing was to have the job done right. As you can see, they took the roof down to the frame and completely replaced everything with copper flashing and top of the line shingles. I now have a great looking roof, no worries, and a 50 year warranty that will outlive me!

p.s. My insurance broker even said my premiums might go down because I have a new roof. (We'll see come renewal time. I wont hold my breath).

We had an excellent experience with Roofs by Tip Top from start to finish. Bill was incredibly helpful throughout the pre-installation process, walking us through every step and answering all our questions with patience and expertise. Our roof replacement was a complicated job on a 100+ year-old home with storm damage, but Mario and his crew handled it beautifully. They were friendly, efficient, and took great care with every detail. The new roof and new sky light look absolutely gorgeous. We truly can’t say enough good things about this company — highly recommend them!

Posting this as past President and Construction committee member for The Friends of Wallisch Homestead in West Milford NJ. Tip Top Roofing We recently worked with Tip Top Roofing on a restoration project and were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. Despite encountering an unbudgeted latent field condition, Tip Top managed the issue efficiently within the contingency allowance, demonstrating both financial prudence and adaptability. The job site—situated on public land—was consistently cordoned off and maintained in a clean, orderly fashion, ensuring a safe environment for both workers and the public. Their team executed the ripoff and installation with exceptional workmanship and attention to detail, reflecting a high standard of trade expertise. Given their performance, we confidently recommend Tip Top Roofing for nonprofit restoration projects and are pleased to include them on our approved contractors list for future work.
