Kind of strange. I went in there ready to buy a specific guitar and it's almost like they talked me out of it. So I didn't get the guitar. Saved me some money anyway.
Waterview setup my new bass in two days. It plays and sounds great. Everyone there was helpful. They have some nice Strats on the wall.
I recently was traveling to NJ and needed to rent some gear for a private event. I live in CO and wasn't able to bring any gear that I'd usually use back in CO. Waterview Music were able to rent me an amp on short notice, for a reasonable price, and even stayed open a bit late so I was able to return it without having to pay to hold onto it through the weekend. While I was in the store, I was also impressed by the selection of guitars/amps they had on hand. If you're in the area, definitely support this great, local shop!
I’ve been going to Waterview since they first started. Great local shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. They recently added a repair department with in-house luthier Joseph Civitano (known as "CJ”). I wanted to get taller frets on my Fender Telecaster so I thought I would stop in and see what this CJ guy had to say.
WOW, first of all CJ is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. And he listens to what you’re wanting or needing to change about your guitar. He took me and my guitar back to his workshop, took different measurements, asked all kinds of questions and decided on the ideal frets.
Just got the guitar back, the refret work is amazing, stunning actually. Everything I had hoped for and even more. The setup and intonation are perfect.
