Love me some warm slow flow on Tuesday nights with Lauren. Her cues are smooth and calm with great transitions. Great class.
I'm really enjoying the Sound Healing Meditation at Yoga Essence Lebanon. It is a great way to reflect, breathe and heal while Michael plays the sound bowls. It's a little different each time. I highly recommend trying it.
Cora's Warm Slow Flow classes are fantastic for all ages and levels. She also combines astrology with the yoga practice which teaches us what's currently happening in the universe. This class is a great workout, and it will strengthen your body, mind and soul.
I loved the instructor. I have done many yoga class. This class was a unique combination of yoga and meditation. I'm 71 years old and this class was something that could be done by a person of any age. The other students were welcoming and were my instant friends. Relaxation and flexibility were the classes high points.
I love yoga essence and have been coming here for years and years. the instructors and students are all pretty awesome. It’s a great community and it’s a beautiful, relaxing studio … I always feel like I’m at home here and start relaxing as soon as I walk through the day. It’s definitely one of my “happy places” :)
