Jeff was pleasant enough to work with and we like our cabinets. However, he could never give us an itemized bill of what was being ordered. When extra, unneeded and damaged materials were left at the end of our project, they willingly accepted them back with promises of a refund. 4 months later, after being stalled and strung along, they claim the refund offered was a "miscommunication" and now they don't accept returns. Definitely will go elsewhere for any future projects. Be careful if you order from them and demand an itemized list with prices to be sure you actually need what they say!

This is a review for the rep that I worked with - Jarett King. Jarett was the designer for our kitchen overhaul--from conception, to measuring and layout, to cabinet purchasing and delivery. He was patient every step of the way, and came to our space just before delivery day to review everything and to make sure he was on the same page as our contractor (don't know if that's common in the industry?). The guy knows every detail about cabinets and home construction in general, so probably best to set aside an extra hour whenever you visit as he'll answer your questions and then some. The cabinets seemed priced well and good to have an opinion on what is a fleeting trend in designs and what would sell well. Highly recommended.

I've had the pleasure of working with Alexandra at Direct Cabinet Sales since 2002. I'm a general contractor and use Direct Cabinet Sales for many of my client's projects. All of my customers are EXTREMELY happy with the hard work and dedication that Alexandra puts into her designs. The layouts and prices are very competitive and she always accommodates the needs of her customers. If there is ever an issue on a job, whether it be small or large, Alexandra is ALWAYS on top of it. Wow, after reading the few reviews on Yelp I'm certain that they must be competitors of Direct Cabinet. Normally I post negative reviews when warranted, this time as Direct Cabinet is So GOOD, I felt I should post a positive truthful review....

We moved in a new development that Direct Cabinet supplied all the cabinets for in 2010 and couldn't be happier. Our neighbors that Direct Cabinet supplied their cabinets are also delighted with not only the cabinets, but the efficiency of the company - from Top to Bottom all their employees are great.

Our installation went very well. 7 years later we had a flood in our home, the people that the insurance company sent to do the clean up work moved our kitchen island out of our home - during or after the clean up process they Lost several of the parts of our cabinets. The contractor that fixed everything couldn't find the parts, was at a loss what to do other than replace the center island and the base molding around the perimeter cabinets - but he couldn't find the right finish.

I called Direct Cabinets, spoke to Allen the owner and he came to the rescue, put us in touch with the manufacturer of the cabinets, who told us that the finish was no longer available. Rang Allen again, he sent us to someone he works with, who is making the parts and finishing them to the finish needed to match.

A neighbor of ours had a damaged door a few years after moving in, Allen got the door and replaced it for them.

Now tell me, does this sound like someone that doesn't care about his customers or someone that cares enough to not profit but help his previous clients.

In the past 7 years we've sent friends that needed new cabinets to Allen at Direct Cabinet and they all are as pleased as we are.
