Quality Home Improvement of Garwood made my small split level kitchen dream come true. I was told by several kitchen designer stores that my kitchen could only be exactly the way it was. Dennis and Joe were amazing. They made my kitchen which is the same size look twice the size giving me so much more room for storage and working its amazing. They did a beautiful job . I feel like I'm in a different house!I I highly recommend them!

Still working on my free kitchen design and everyone is very patient and pleasant with me! Good selection of materials and examples without being overwhelming. When we wanted to see a few more tile selections they were happy to share a local wholesaler's showroom and said just take some photos and get some info and they'd be happy to get it for us.

If you like personalized service, than this is the place for you! This family owned and operated business is a true gem. They seem to have a low profile and simple showroom but the finished product in your home will be magnificent. They are driven to satisfy your personal needs. They have years of expertise from which they can advise and guide you in making decisions for your project. They are personable, courteous, patient, reliable and trustworthy. They are not working to satisfy a corporate quota or a commission goal. Their only goal is make your dream a reality.

My Wife and I spent a few months getting estimates on re-doing our Master Bathroom (10x12). We had all kind of people coming to the house, drawing designs, giving estimates, and doing sales pitches. By chance one time we stopped by Quality Home Improvements in Garwood. We explained to Joseph our budget and he came to our house, took the measurements and drew the design to our liking and more importantly he stayed to the penny within our budget. The bathroom looks drop dead gorgeous, and they truly earned every single penny I paid them. Here's what I love about this company:

1- Not once they cameback to me and said that I did not pay for something not mentioned in the contract, or that something came up that will cost me more

2- Attention to details: Joe is the project manager, he takes note of every single detail or note we mention, and makes sure it is done. You really do not have to ask twice for anything

3- Trustworthy: I had to leave the country for 2 weeks and I had no one to come and check on the work and the house during that time. Joe and his team took care of the house like it was their own. Very trustworthy people !

4- I worked with other contractors before where they would work one week at my place, then disappear for few days, then come back for 2-3 days, then disappear again. Joe's team worked on my bathroom continuously and only took days off when they needed the grout to dry up.

5- They handled all inspections professionally and passed everything from the first time.

In summary, these guys are professional and I highly recommend them!
