We are thrilled with our custom wardrobe from the Closet Factory. Our designer Danielle was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, had great ideas, and was responsive and patient with our questions and changes. The entire team has been a pleasure to work with. The install was smooth and the work is high quality.

Absolutely ecstatic with how our newly designed and assembled garage storage space turned out. Our designer, Kayla Z from the Fanwood, NJ location was warm, professional and very attentive to our needs and the solutions we were hoping to achieve with this project. She asked lots of questions for things I wouldn’t have even thought about regarding the details. She spent a generous amount of time documenting and measuring the space to be able to maximize the use of our garage when completed. She was able to use her knowledge in design to help create such a vision for this space, showing us all color options for cabinets, hardware, counter top surfaces and shelving ideal for a garage while still maintaining an eye-pleasing aesthetic. The results are incredible. I could have never imagined our garage that was once a toss-all disaster could look as amazing as it does now, not to mention the incredible amount of storage space available; not only for our garage and yard items but also for overflow of things needing storage from our home. This was absolutely an investment worth every penny for years to come. Can’t recommend Kayla and the Closet Factory team enough.

I recently had Closet Factory design and install custom solutions for four reach-in closets and one walk-in closet in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From the beginning, my designer, Danielle, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was warm, professional, and incredibly patient as we worked together to design each closet to suit both my needs and budget. She presented several thoughtful options and never made me feel rushed or pressured during the process. I had many questions along the way, and Danielle was always responsive and supportive, helping me feel confident in every decision.

Once the designs were finalized, everything moved smoothly. Although installation was originally scheduled six weeks out, I was pleasantly surprised to get an earlier date. The instructions provided to prepare for installation were clear and helpful. The installation team arrived on time, removed the old closet fixtures, spackled the walls beautifully, and installed all five closets in just half a day — efficient and professional throughout.

Danielle remained accessible from start to finish, ensuring everything went according to plan. Her expertise in closet design, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire process a pleasure.
