Very happy with the service I received at the store. The appliance was delivered on time and the installed
with no problems. Ken was very helpful with choosing the refrigerator.
We are having our kitchen and dining room remodeled. Down to the studs. My contractor told me at 5:30 PM that he needs five different gallons of paint, spackle, some kind of mixer, attachment, caulk, and a couple other things for the next day. He also told me that the paint has to be Benjamin Moore, anything from Home Depot is really crummy. So I took out my phone and searched Google to see what Benjamin Moore is open past 5:30 PM. It gave me this place.
I was under the impression it was simply a Benjamin Moore paint store, but was unbelievably surprised to find that they basically had everything I needed on my list from my contractor! In one stop!
Not just that, but as soon as I walked in, a young man asked if they could help me, took my list and basically got everything ready for me. He brought it to the cashier, and someone even brought it out to my car and put it in my trunk.
I am a woman, and this was one of my best shopping experiences of my life. I recommend Better Living in Jamesburg with all my heart.
My sales associate Michael was very knowledgeable and kind. I bought my new LG dishwasher there. They had all the hoses and connections I needed for the install as well. It was a very smooth and easy process! I definitely recommend Better Living!
Wonderful experience from shopping to installation! Highly recommend! When my over the range microwave recently needed to be replaced I knew this was the place to go. I remember shopping in this family owned and operated store with my parents when I was a kid. I was so comforted when I walked in and saw that very little had changed over the years. Such a lovely neighborhood business. I was helped promptly by Michael. He was very helpful and knowledgable, but most importantly to me, he didn't attempt to oversell me. I was able to get installation scheduled within a few days and John and Nick did an amazing job installing it and so quickly! It couldn't have been more than a half hour. This place is a absolute gem and I will be back when I need my next appliance.
I've used better living for all my appliance needs and have generally been very happy. Unfortunately the last experience wasn't great, the delivery and installation people they used to put in my gas range were terrible! I understand if a gas pipe doesn't line up you need a plumber but these guys didn't even level my range and claimed it was sticking out because of the gas pipe, it was NOT and now sits perfectly flush after calling a plumber to fix the piping which did not need any changing, it was simply not leveled.. Here's a few photos of how the range was installed taken right after the team left, very disappointing. Only taking off one star because in the past my experiences with Better Living have been much better.
