Delivering drywall? Here is what to do if you havent ever been here. Follow the red line in and you're going to nose in at an angle because when you're done getting unloaded, you're going to back out amd follow blue line. They allow overnight parking as long as your not blocking road at the gate. For me I pulled up at 5pm and they let me overnight park inside where I was too get unloaded in the morning. They start unloading at 630am.
Initial contact was very good. Sales rep was helpful, what you would expect when spending $10K plus for kitchen cabinets. The follow up when some minor issues arose was very poor! We were missing hinges for on of the doors and it took 3 weeks to receive them. I purchased my cabinets in December 2023. My contractor installed them in February. It is June 27th, 2024 and I am STILL waiting for a shelf to complete the project! When my wife has called and spoke to the rep, there is always an excuse and placing the blame on the manufacturer.
Good initial service very poor if there are some issues. For this, I wouldn’t recommend.
My wife and I had the pleasure to work with Garrett and Bob. We entered their Facebook bathroom remodel contest and won! They went above and beyond to make our bathroom the highlight of our house. Garrett and Bob made sure everything was done in a timely manner. They set out a scheduled and delivered on every promise. Jess made sure everything was ordered correctly and delivered on time. She was such a pleasure to work with. When we finally decide to redo our kitchen, there will be no doubt who we use. My family and I highly recommend Northeastern Kitchens. They are the best in New Jersey!
