They dont know what they are looking at. Wanted to replace my cameras I told the guy it was cat 5 wire. He Wanted to replace the wire. Came out to install cameras ,wrong cameras sent. They were downgrading not upgrading . Tech came out with broken ladder has to use my ladder also I had to foot ladder so tech would not get hurt. Their estimates are all over the place.
