My experience with this Location of United supply (North Plainfield) was absolutely amazing! I worked with Madeline who helped resolve an issue I was experiencing and was able to create a solution that was absolutely fantastic. Her patience, understanding, and Customer Service were absolutely out of this world. I highly recommend shopping at this location above all others.

Contacted united supply one week ago for a gas furnace part I was transferred to a sales representative. The sales representative was very unprofessional because I was not a licensed plumber. I contacted management and explainined my dire circumstances of no heat and the poor service . He was very helpful, very professional a person that really cares.
