The people who work there are very nice. They also try to work with people who don't have insurance which is a big help. I'm on social security but too young to get Medicare. No coverage.
I had the best visit experience at SJFMC Buttonwood. From the moment I walked in, reception took my info and within 5 minutes I was in the treatment room, even though I was 30 minutes early. Makesha and Julie were my intake care team. They helped me to feel comfortable and positive with their friendly and very professional check in, exceptional caregivers. My primary is APN Jane Kim, she is everything you could hope to find with a medical professional, caring and focused on a complete program of medical history, age, diet and medication education, and she listens and responds to concerns about testing and vaccines. I am diabetic, and my doctor spends a good amount of time discussing my diet and lifestyle changes that could help improve my condition. I always leave the clinic feeling hopeful and supported. The staff follows all safety protocols, making me feel safe during my visit. I highly recommend them to anyone managing a condition like mine!
I've seen Dainty probably 4 times now. She's great, not only does she listen, but I feel like she cares. She takes the time to listen and explain. She has a great personality and made me feel like family. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses are great.
