One of the front/end desk staff was very rude. She became inpatient and that caused me to become inpatient as well. That same staff hung up on me as I am a new patient trying to get an appointment. She didn't save any of my personal information in the system so when I called back another staff had to ask me the same questions over again. She was a bit more pleasant and knowledgeable as well as willing to provide different options.

I like Dr. Tempera, but his staff is terrible. They are not helpful or caring. Every conversation is about them being right, instead of helping solve the problem or helping the patient. I understand they do this every day, but I do not.

I got the run around for a month trying to get a procedure scheduled. Initiallty, I was literally told not to call back and they would call me. After taking 19 days to get an authorization, the staff left a message at the WRONG telephone number. Of course, i didn't get the message. Since i was told not to call back i continued to wait. When I finally did call back 10 days later (29 days total), they spent all of our time reading their system notes and telling me they were right. Never once did they listen or try to help me schedule the procedure. They just kept giving me the run around. Thank goodness, I finally got in touch with Maryanne who is the only caring person in that office. She took a few minutes to actually listen, empathize, and solve the problem. If it wasn't for Maryanne helping me I would still be waiting after a month. With Maryann, it only took one call and a call back for me to understand the situation and begin scheduling my procedure. She deserves a raise!

Unfortuantely, after 12 years with Dr. Tempera I will be looking for a new doctor because of his staff (except Maryanne). I can't support an office where most of the staff treats patients badly.

I truly enjoyed my experience with doctor tempera I saw him a few times he was very informative and helpful. The staff returns messages and calls in a timely matter and the doctor truly cares about finding what causing any discomfort or issues you're having. He also made referrals to anywhere he thought might be helpful for the issues I was having. He’s very thorough and definitely worth the wait.

Dr Tempera has been my Dr for over 20 years. I have some serious medical issues and he has helped me stay alive and well. I live a wonderful life because of this human being. If I have any health questions I call or see him and he directs me in the right direction. Thank you so much Dr Tempera
