Clean office. Dr. Christina Doole did not rush, heard my concerns and had overall great bedside manner. Just make sure to give yourself time in case the parking lot is full.

As soon as we walk in, the union office staff puts my children at ease with their sweet demeanor. We never have to wait for our appointment . Susan and her staff provide such a warm environment. Both my children (2 &5 years old) are not afraid to go in for a doctor’s visit. It’s like visiting a friend. Susan is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional too. She takes her time to educate my children and myself in all the ways to stay healthy. I also appreciate how she teaches my daughter about body safety. She is simply the best.

I was nervous about the 2 months vaccinations for our daughter. Most of my friends said their children had soreness at the injection site lots of fussing and crying.However, I was surprised to see no redness or swelling the next day. Dr. Nam was awesome. She was fast and accurate! We just had a groggy first night and lots of snuggles then she was back to normal in 48 hours

Susan is the absolute best! She's so knowledgeable and informative. Both of my children see her. She remembers everything about them from previous visits and specific details of things mentioned. You know she cares and is passionate about what she does. The quality of care given by Susan is unmatched!

Kinterglou is also great with sick visits. The office always has time to get your child in same day. The sick visits and regular visits don't mingle. And there is no waiting. The place does a great job with scheduling and not overbooking.

Love Dr. Judith!!! Wish she wasn't retiring. I met her in the hospital the day I gave birth to my son during the pandemic. I remember being skeptical of everyone who came in and out of my room but felt a sense of comfort when she examined my son and offered a place for him at this practice for follow up. We've been coming to this practice since!! She proved even more of being a great physician when my son demonstrated developmental delays. She was on top of all of his testing and avenues we should explore to get him diagnosed and on track. It's people like her you don't forget when you're dealing with obstacles like I was facing. She showed true compassion and professionalism.
