I have been going to therapy here off and on for over a year. I can't say enough great things about the amazing compassionate care I have received, starting with the front desk staff, to the assistants, and of course the amazing therapists. Clean facility, very accommodating for my busy schedule. Highly recommend.
The entire staff at Synergy is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and, above all, patient. I started here a few months ago when I began experiencing back pain due to scoliosis. Working with Jeff I found that there were some other imbalances and issues that weren't normal, despite me attributing them to "soreness" and other general pains. Jeff was professional and worked with me to address these issues, all while staying within his scope of practice as a PT -- something I think is very important in this field. He encouraged me to seek further assistance, which allowed me to receive the proper care. While my journey at Synergy isn't over yet, due to needed surgery, I can confidently say Jeff has helped me to see DRASTIC improvement in the issues I was experiencing. He continued to work with me, addressing my concerns while still challenging me in new ways. I can confidently say this is the best physical therapy practice I have been to. Kavitha is super knowledgeable and engaging. She has been wonderful to work with and I am feeling the results. I look forward to going in knowing I will be leaving feeling hopeful about my progress. Everyone on staff here are friendly and caring and they work as a great team. I would definitely recommend them!
I've been with a few different physical therapists here and they're all so attentive and friendly. It's one of the very few appointments I actually look forward to going to! The staff there is great, too. If I ever need PT again, Synergy PT is where I'll go.
