This was my first time using D&D and I am happy to share it was a great experience. John & his team were exceptionally professional and courteous. I was amazed at how fast they repaired my vehicle as well as the quality of the repair they did. I would strongly recommend D&D for your auto body repair needs.
Both headlights destroyed in hurricane! We were desperate to get the parts and have them installed. John, the manager, worked with Anthony at Mahwah Ford to find the only set within hundreds of miles and scheduled installation immediately.
John drove us back to our hotel and picked us up. Took 1/2 the time we expected!

Got my car repaired here through an insurance claim. Jimmy and his team was communicative throughout, and displayed fantastic customer service skills whenever we interacted. When there was an error made by the folks that shipped Jimmy a part, he did not hesitate to make time in their schedule that accommodated my working hours, and replaced the part in less than an hour. Today, several months after the repair, I took the vehicle in for a look at a fog lamp that had gone askew. While I acknowledged that the fog lamp's dislodging could have occurred due to natural occurrences since the repair, Jimmy talked it over with me, brought one of his team members out, and fixed the issue in minutes. I cannot stress enough how nice it is to have someone who is willing to approach a problem from a customer's perspective. Jimmy and his team is focused on customer service, and he has earned himself a customer in me.
Great Job!!! When I get body work and paint done to a car, I'm very leery of the results. My car looks brand new from the factory. Friendly staff, on time quotation and looking like new. D&D exceeded my expectations!
I got my 2015 mustang repaired there after an accident. The staff there is really friendly and professional.They kept me up to date with the progress of the repair, saved a car for me in case my insurance would not cover a rental for the time of the repair, and most important: They did not just fix the car, it looked like it was new again.
