On my way to dinner with friends, got a flat tire and I pulled into a gas station. My jack was missing from my trunk and I was in a bad spot. Owner of Fran Rock happened to be getting gas and asked us if we needed assistance. Without hesitation he drove back to his shop to get his tools and helped us. What could have been hours turned into a quick pit stop from a pro. He volunteered, wasn’t working at the time and went out of his way. These are the type of people you want to do business with.
Fran Rock Auto Body is hands down one of the best car body shops I’ve ever worked with. They completely exceeded my expectations when it came to restoring my 2017 Honda Civic. The entire process took less than two weeks, and throughout that time, the team made sure to keep me informed on the status of my vehicle every step of the way.
When I picked up my car, I was honestly shocked at how brand new it looked. You can really tell they take pride in what they do, and it’s so refreshing to be able to receive both amazing customer service and a high quality result. Huge thanks to everyone at Fran Rock for your hard work and professionalism!
We were driving on the Thruway and heard something come loose under the car so we pulled off at the first exit we came to and drove into town. Dennis happened to be working even though the business was closed and graciously fixed our situation in under 10 mins. We truly appreciate his kindness and expertise.
Very happy with the service here . They worked with my insurance company for some front end damage that I had. I didn't have to do a thing, other than drop the car off and pick it up . always kept me informed on progress. My car was ready before they promised it ! And they did a great job. Mike O'Leary was very helpful and straightforward. This is my go to place for auto body work from now on .
I brought my 14 year old Nissan Altima into Fran's for an estimate after a fender bender. The insurance company considered it a total loss and I wanted to see if it was worth having repaired. Kevin was straight forward and honest, telling me it wasn't worth fixing my car, even though he only stood to make money by doing the work. He even gave me tips for negotiating the value of my car with the insurance company, which worked great! He is clearly honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable - and a great guy!
