The service was excellent. My dealing with this company involved a tow. The driver, Anthony, was extremely polite, efficient and customer-service oriented. The service was timely and I received a follow-up call to confirm each step in the process from when my car was picked up to when it was dropped off at its destination. He helped take the edge off a very stressful situation.

I got a flat on highway last night. Anthony arrived quickly and professionally towed me to the shop after hours. My tire screws were not budging. Anthony worked patiently and overtime trying to get off my stubborn tire screws to put on spare. Eventually he was able to remove and replace with donut saving me having to wait for morning and spend on hotel overnight.
I would highly recommend!

We had a super scary experience with a tire blowout on the Thruway. Tom from Jan's was there within 15 mins of our phone call and quickly turned a terrible situation around with his kindness and quick response. He gladly towed our car to a place a little closer to us as we were an hour away from home. The blowout was certainly not an ideal way to end a vacation but Tom definitely helped soften the blow - thank you!!

Had a “fun time” tonight when my gas tank ruptured due to the heat from today. (Close to 101 at peak hours) was stuck in a bad spot on the side of 17N on the ramp to 87. Larry was fantastic. I called my insurance provider; who was no help with roadside - and was told to call 911. I was told thirty minutes by the team I was connected to - he was there in fifteen, super friendly and super helpful. He towed my car to my usual mechanic and this was at 9/930 at night. Thank you for making me feel safe when I was having a panic attack from all the traffic in that area. He was very much appreciated tonight.
