I've visited Frank's Auto Body several times for repairs. I was initially concerned about getting my car fixed before an upcoming holiday and my three-week trip, but they managed to fit me in and finished the repairs ahead of schedule! The work is flawless—I can't even tell anything was ever wrong with the car (as it should be). The staff are pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Frank's Auto Body to everyone!

I can not state enough how happy I am with Scott and the work the crew did. The upfront communication and customer service during the repair made me feel like a friend. The reasonable cost and quick turn around to fix the vehicle was something I never expected because of the amount of customers they were already helping. Rob and his team provided outstanding service and demonstrated genuine care for their customers. After a collision that damaged the entire passenger side of my vehicle, I was determined to have it repaired rather than totaled, as it was still in excellent mechanical condition. The team at Frank’s collaborated with my insurance company to make that possible, and the results exceeded my expectations. Been meaning to write a review about Frank's For a while. I had a car accident for the first time in my Subaru. Had the car a little over a year and really didn't want to take the car to someone who wasn't Subaru certified. Called the Subaru dealer service center in NJ(same car dealer where I bought the car) not to far from Frank's and they referred me to Frank's and it was the best decision I made. They told me they go to Frank's to get all their loaner cars body done. I called up Frank's and they were professional through and through. I asked when I can bring the car and they said anytime between the time they open and before they close any day of the week that they are open and that was perfect. I'm located within the five boroughs so Franks is about an hour drive up from Brooklyn but it was well worth it. Brought the car up and was greeted by the shop manager I wanna say Rob forgive me if I'm wrong but that's my guy. He showed me and my family love and his Dog is great too. Told us to worry about nothing they will take care of everything and sure enough they did. Once I dropped the car off my worries were gone because the staff at Frank's made me feel very safe and secure and I knew my car was going to be treated right. Within two and a half weeks I got the call that my car was ready and man they did an amazing job bringing her back to glory. The guys at Frank's Auto Body are amazing. If you need any body work done on your car definitely go to Franks Auto Body. I know for me it was quite a drive but definitely worth it these guys do amazing work. Thanks Again.
