Dr. Sandru is very nice but....impossible to get in touch with. He's there only 2 1/2 days a week. I left a message, called when the office was open no one answered the phone. Leaving a message or not, your not there. God forbid if there is a emergency.
×××I have to add in I was dx with breast cancer 4 1/2 years ago and you didn't refer me to anyone, I had to find a breast surgeon on my own, you just left a message on my phone and said take care and good luck.
Don't go here. So many better Dr.'s to go to

I usually don’t leave reviews..Dr Sandru has been my primary doctor for years and is an amazing doctor and takes the time to explain things to his patients. I appreciate Dr Dandru and Staff even more after dealing with some specialists in recent months and feeling rushed and leaving their office feeling i wasn’t educated on tests or issues. It’s becoming more and more rare to find doctors that care about patients and not see you as a number and $$$$. Highly recommend Dr Sandru

I switched from my idiot primary doctor to Dr. Sandru last year. He came very highly recommended from my pharmacist. I was looking for a doctor that would listen to me, and not be arrogant like some other doctors I had in the past. After all, who knows our bodies better than us? Nobody. So I decided to give him a try. The office is extremely clean, the staff are just the best to work with. So accommodating, kind and helpful. Dr. Sandru IS the best primary doctor I’ve ever had. Also, I love that they don’t overbook appointments. I hate waiting long times at the doctors, and you get seen pretty quickly and he takes his time with you. That’s how it should be. Thank you Dr. Sandru…..I know you’ll be reading this!

I am thoroughly impressed with the service at this doctor's office. The secretary is so nice and friendly, setting a welcoming tone from the start. Nurse Anamaria was exceptionally thorough with her check-up and vitals, asking numerous questions to gather comprehensive information about my health, caring and kind.

Dr. Sandru was incredibly helpful, and caring, addressing all my questions and concerns with great care. He performed a thorough examination and arranged for all necessary lab tests, which conveniently are taken in-office.

The cleanliness of the office and restroom also reflects the high-quality care provided by the doctor and staff. I couldn’t be any happier with my choice of this office. Highly recommended!

Dr Sandru is an amazing Dr! My wife, who is the patient, loved the attention of detail from him and staff. They quickly gave her an appointment on the same week she called and took really good care of her. Dr Sandru listens to your concerns and does not rush you out of his office. His office is very clean and well decorated.

We are very happy with Dr Sandru and highly recommend to anyone looking for a primary Dr in the Jackson/Howell area.
