Hours after a major rainstorm, I noticed a leak in my roof and contacted Christian to take a look. He responded promptly and was extremely professional throughout the process. Christian communicated clearly, explained the issue in great detail, and walked me through the steps until we arrived at the right solution. His pricing was very reasonable, and his professionalism and honesty stood out. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of roofing work.

Christian was one of the most courteous and professional contractors I’ve ever dealt with. After seeing some water in my attic near the chimney, I was very concerned and called DeFalco because of their fabulous reviews. Christian immediately talked me through the possible situations over the phone and put me at ease. He also scheduled a prompt service call for the next day. We had our roof replaced earlier this year by DeFalco and they did an exceptional job. The site was left absolutely tidy (no nails in any tires), communication and follow through was perfect, and the roof is flawless. Fast forward to now and I found an issue in the attic, no fault of Defalco’s at all. Christian came, checked it out and made the quick repair. DeFalco is a great company and well ran!
