He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and helpful. The prices of the vehicles were very reasonable and transparent. Ivan and James stand by the vehicles they sell - if you notice anything significant while test driving or within the first 30 days after purchase, they will do their very best to correct the issue, often at little or no cost to you. I apologize for writing this review after purchasing a 2020 Hyundai Tucson for my son way back in March of 2024 - about a 1 1/2 years ago. I had planned to write a review then and completely forgot. It just recently struck me that I had forgotten. I CAN ONLY SAY THAT IT WAS A PLEASURE DEALING WITH JASON - HE WAS SO KNOWLEDGABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. THE PRICE HE QUOTED WAS THE PRICE I PAID - NO EXTRA COSTS THAT MANY DEALERS CONVENIENTLY ADD. AND THE PRICE WAS WELL BELOW MARKET VALUE. I CAN NOW TELL YOU 1 1/2 YEARS LATER THAT THE CAR RUNS GREAT AND MY SON REALLY LOVES IT. I APOLOGIZE FOR THE LATE REVIEW, BUT I CAN ONLY SAY THAT YOU SHOULD NOT HESITATE TO PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE FROM THE CENTRAL GROUP.

I’ve now owned a vehicle purchased from Central Group for about a month. I wanted to wait a little and have the vehicle thoroughly looked over by my mechanic before leaving a review.

Ivan was easy going, helpful, and transparent. I called inquiring about a car and he sent me an out the door price via email within the hour. No high pressure sales tactics! Whether over the phone or via email, it was a seamless transaction. The vehicle I purchased was presented well and competitively priced.

My wife and I test drove the vehicle on a Saturday morning, I secured my own financing following the test drive, and the deal was done Tuesday evening. Ivan and the crew helped with out of state plates & registration and they arrived in a timely manner.

I would recommend Central Group Inc. and would purchase from them again.
