Haldeman Subaru

I had a really excellent experience getting my first Subaru! I got the 2025 Forestor touring on New Year’s Eve. I had been chatting with the salesman for some time about finding the right vehicle for myself and they were extremely patient and reassured me with any questions that I had. When I came in on New Year’s Eve, they made the process as swift as possible. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. This is my first Subaru and I’ve really been loving it so far!

I had an absolutely wonderful purchasing experience with the Haldeman Subaru dealership. I had been looking for a new car for a little while but didn't find anything that I was interested in until I came across a Subaru Legacy. I went to another dealership (that shall not be named) and had a horrendous experience there. The car that I wanted they were not willing to work with me price wise for monthly payments in any way shape or form. Salesman kept being pushy and didn't listen to anything I was saying so I ended up walking out flustered. Fast forward that same day, my mother was contacted by Vince over at Haldeman. They were more than willing to not only compromise on a set price for monthly payments, but to also trade in one of our older cars to put towards my new car. I think what truly won me over, however, was their kindness, compassion and willingness to work with their customers. They actually listen to their customers wants and needs for what they are looking for in a car and all the while, taking their customer's financial situation into consideration and making a workable agreement that everyone can be happy with. Jake, Chris and Vince were not only very sweet but also they also truly cared about making me happy and they all helped me out knowing my situation. They took all of that into consideration and their kindness and compassion really showed through which I really appreciated. If you are looking to get a car, look no further. Haldeman will literally have your back. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. The dealership itself is very nice, big, has a very good selection of different Subaru models, makes and colors. It's also extremely super clean and the employees are what make the car buying experience a breeze. I walked in feeling super stressed out, worried that I wasn’t going to get a car but all my fears and anxiety were lifted once I got to drive away in my new car. Not to mention we were all super pressed for time to get all of the paperwork done and signed but they still managed to get me in and out within 3 hours despite them closing at 6. The guys all managed to stayed after closing hours and worked hard to get me into my new car that very same night. I left feeling so incredibly happy knowing that I was not only seen and heard, but at the end of the day, I got to drive away in the car that I truly wanted. Thank you again to Vince, Jake and Chris for making it happen. You not only made my day, my week, my year, but you also made my dream car come true. :)

Went to haldeman subaru in robbinsville nj and first met with ken who was very pleasant and professional. Next i worked with nick on finding the perfect car. Mick made the buying experience a pleasure. From the minute i shook his hand he was courteous, professional and didnt rush me into getting a car. He made sure all questions i had were answered and made sure my experience was great. Awesome team that works here and Nick and ken were great to work with.
