Woodcraft catered our wedding at Rosebank Winery and did an excellent job! Sal was great during the planning and preparation process and everything came together wonderfully. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was super friendly. We would highly recommend for your wedding or for any other event!

Woodcraft Catering were absolutely amazing for our small backyard wedding of about 45 people! From the start, Sal came out before the wedding and spent over an hour with us to understand our vision and accommodate all our needs. We we en collaborated on a custom dish just for us.

The brisket was the best I’ve ever had. Every single dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and raved about by our guests. The staff was friendly, professional, and so attentive, making the entire day feel effortless and warm.

We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience. Would definitely Recommend!

Wood Craft is AMAZING! They catered our wedding in October of 2024. Sal was wonderful to work with. We had several guests plus the bride and groom who had dietary restrictions and Sal made sure everyone had something to eat. It's now almost 3 months later and we are still hearing from people how amazing the food was! In particular, the brisket! As a bride, all I wanted at my wedding was good brisket ( I LOVE brisket). Sal sources this incredible brisket from a farm he has a relationship with and then smokes it for I think 24 hours. It was the only thing we did not get leftovers of to take home. Every last piece went, and we still get everyone telling us how it was the BEST BRISKET they've ever had (and my family is Jewish)! Can't recommend Sal enough and highly highly highly recommend including one of his incredible smoked briskets at your event!

Sal catered our wedding and he was AMAZING. The food was exquisite and his team did a great job getting everything set up. Months later, our friends and family are still telling us how good the food was... especially the brisket (that we went through 40 pounds of). We told him that we had some guests with dietary restrictions and he was great working around them to make sure everyone had something they could enjoy, even preparing a sugar free dessert which is rather uncommon. I cannot recommend Wood Craft enough!

AMAZING experience with Wood Craft BBQ! From initial contact to day of event clean-up, simply incredible. Owner, Sal, was hands on - from my initial inquiry, to site visit, to food sampling, to being present the day of our event. Respectful, friendly, professional and lightening quick responsive. Incredible knowledge of food, menus, service and off premise set-up. Sal and his entire staff absolutely understand a customer centric business. It's apparent Sal's heart and mind are in it. His staff of 5 were just as respectful, friendly, professional, responsive and delighted to help. Our guests were so impressed. And well taken care of. Our family and friends truly enjoyed the delectable, abundant, fresh and beautifully presented food...and they are still talking about it! And us, the homeowners and hosts, truly enjoyed the event - like we were guests at our own party. That's how attentive Wood Craft is! We are so happy and 100% satisfied with Wood Craft. We would, without any hesitation, use them again and highly recommend to others! A big and genuine THANK YOU to Sal, Vincent, Jen, Gina, Brett, and Tyler for making our daughter's engagement party a huge success, in food and in their presence!
