I Love working at Empower Pilates I go traditionally !! and I’m a member at different gyms as well. but this is just Something else!!
you get a great work out on all your (core) muscles in a fun way without feeling the time flying by . Highly recommended

I love this Pilates studio! The instructors are amazing, so patient and really know their stuff. The space is always super clean and welcoming. I also love how easy it is to book classes through their app. Highly recommend!
Great instructors!! Love Melissa’s energy! This Pilates Studio is unique and has so many added equipment for well-rounded workouts. Not only State of the art, reformer beds, also Pilates chair, springboard, jump board , TRX! I see such a difference in my core with one month of consistent workouts, I feel more strength, balance, and empowered. This form of workout is my favorite kind, connecting mind, body and soul. My weekly Muse!
