Beautiful space that feels contemporary and up to date. Every employee that I came in contact with was lovely. I had to bring my son to an appointment which is less than ideal. Multiple employees made great efforts to entertain him and make my appt go smoothly. Grateful and will return.

I love this place and highly recommend!! Sam has been wonderful!! I feel better after every session. I started my journey with acupuncture at balance in December 2024 and wish I would have went sooner. Everyone is kind, caring and flexible with scheduling, office is great to work with!

I highly recommend Balance for a variety of reasons! Firstly, you are warmly greeted by Caroline and/or Lisa at the desk, and they are so patient, caring and helpful. Dr. Jeff always has a smile on, remembers every patient, recommends without being pushy at all, is very intelligent & explains things in depth, and is very kind & caring. I have learned so much about red light therapy from him, and it helped my back and nerve pain tremendously. I highly recommend acupuncture with Barbara and Sam, they are both amazing! Barb explains everything in detail, is very gentle, and accommodating. Sam is a very wonderful listener, goes above & beyond to make sure you’re comfortable, and really shows she cares about taking care of areas that are bothersome. Their treatments helped my back pain tremendously and helped me sleep. The acu rooms are comfortable, lighting is beautiful, music is soothing, and the warming lights are the best! The sauna is also an additional experience I’ve benefitted from. It’s super clean, relaxing, detoxifying, and helped with my back pain and overall relaxation. I love this place! It’s changed mine and my family’s life and well being for the better. Dr. Jeff and his team are so knowledgeable and friendly. They truly care and get to know you so they can work with you and make you feel the most comfortable. The space is such a relaxed vibe and the office staff is top tier!! I have been lucky enough to receive multiple massages from Kerry, the massage therapist and I will be scheduling more with her because her touch is magical and she is really in tune with the human body. I have also received Accupuncture treatments at balance as well for sleep, menstrual concerns as well as injuries. Barbara and her team of acupuncturists are so professional and all do great work. They each have their own techniques and style which is why I enjoy Balance because there are multiple team members that can help you based on your specific needs. When I get accu, I practically fall asleep on the table, I always get a restful nights sleep and my areas of pain feel relief. I highly recommend giving Balance Wellness a shot. I’ve been going to Balance Wellness for over five years and can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jeff and his practice! Dr. Jeff and his staff are always welcoming and attentive to their patients’ needs. My family and friends also go to Balance and love it as well! As I prepare to leave for college in the fall Dr. Jeff has also taken a personal interest to aid me in any college questions i’ve had over the past several months. Dr. Jeff takes his patients into consideration and makes them all feel like family :)
