Great friendly place. Arrived early and they worked with me and got me in door early. Loading took a little while about 4 hours but it was a 52 pallet load. Also make sure to ask the size of your load. I was sent here as my first stop of two and there was no way the second stop was happening. Yes you do have to unhook but you do not have to leave the yard just park next to or in spot in front of trailer

Can’t say anything bad about them. Security check in was smooth, after that need to proceed to door 105 that’s where you check in with the office.
When you get your door, you must uncouple and pull forward, they will lock your airline.

Portapotty is available and some vending machines.

Loading took about 40 minutes.

Last update --- person very kind and gave good exact directions .. took about 2 hours to unload 3/4 trailer, but not a problem .. better than the reviews, and better than others .. 👍🏾👍🏾

Update -- came back to the locked door at 1510 .. no one there to open it. ☹️

This part to to help other first timers .. check in at guard shack .. he might tell you a door to dock at .. DON'T TRUST OR BELIEVE IT .. told me to back in at dock door 5 .. i backed in, went inside, arrived at 1400 for a 1500 appt .. was told to get out and wait until 1510 come back inside to get another door assigned to me ... guard was wrong.

**On another note ... I saw that there's a lot of overnight parking on the road next to this place .. Applegate , it's a half circle and you can park along the road .. saw a lot of trucks there

Hey truckers when u turn right at the light for W manor way. The location is the left the 1st driveway. Then go straight towards guard shack. The female guard was nice n the shipper clerk Edwin checked me in and it went smooth but only thing I didn't like when u get to dock u have to drop your trailer and unhook ( it was the hot weather tho) the door u will sign in will say KNB i believe but u can look at my photos enclosed. Buts no overnight parking here if I haven't said it..
