Going to my prenatal yoga class was the highlight of my weeks leading up to my delivery. Liat creates this welcoming, zen environment that can calm anyone down. Her voice, understanding & yoga techniques made me want to attend every single one of her classes. During my first pregnancy I had a lot of nervousness and anxiety but Liat’s yoga class made me feel so relaxed and light afterwards. I felt productive, that I can tackle anything after her class was over!! She creates a safe space for moms. I even made friends with other women from her classes that are also walking into this new journey like me. I have just given birth and look forward to Liat’s mommy and me classes very soon! I can already tell baby is going to love it because the kind of environment Liat creates. Liat stayed in touch with me during my pregnancy, I was able to message her about any concerns and she gave great advice. I highly recommend Yoga Mind Li. I tell all my friends and family about it. My husband is so proud of me for finding a positive outlet. I drive all the way from the city to join her classes! Thank you for a wonderful experience Liat ♥️
I took prenatal classes with Liat and her yoga studio is warm and inviting. Her classes were exactly what I needed during my last few weeks, they were calming, relaxing, and spiritual. Liat also gives great advice during the pregnancy journey and takes the time to listen and talk to everyone. I also love how she gives snacks and water after class. I wish I had taken more classes earlier in my pregnancy-highly recommend Yoga, mind, and LI.
I started Liat’s prenatal yoga class at 18 weeks pregnant and attended weekly until I went into labor at 38 weeks. Liat is an incredible yoga instructor, advocate for women and children and prenatal educator. Classes with Liat provided so much relief to my body and mind. Liat teaches you a variety of poses to help your body be more comfortable throughout pregnancy and labor as well as mindfulness practices to help support the mental aspect of transitioning to parenthood. Liat is warm, extremely generous and knowledgeable. She is a wealth of information and has eased my mind so many times throughout my pregnancy. I am so grateful for her, I had an amazing pregnancy and in part due to the amazing care and guidance I received during weekly yoga classes.
I went here for prenatal yoga while I was pregnant and it was such a wonderful experience for me. I was back and forth about having a home water birth, and this class really helped me to trust my body, listen to what my baby and body were telling me, and make the decision. When I started feeling contractions I got onto my yoga ball and did the movements I learned in class. I had a beautiful home water birth and I truly believe that this class played a role in that! Liat is amazing! I started prenatal yoga classes at Yoga Mind Li at 33 weeks, but wish I would have found Liat's class sooner. Classes are a great mix of meditation and exercise, and I always leave feeling relaxed and with fewer aches and pains. Liat is a very special person who truly cares about her students and would be a welcome addition to anyone's prenatal support system.
