One of the things I love most about this studio is the wide variety of classes and workshops offered. Whether you are in the mood for a gentle, restorative practice or an intense, challenging flow, there is always a class that perfectly suits your needs. And the workshops are a great way to dive deeper into specific aspects of yoga, such as alignment or meditation. For personal practice I love the Aerial Classes, such a fun and creative practice.
Overall, I would highly recommend this yoga studio to anyone looking to deepen their practice and connect with a supportive, welcoming community of like-minded individuals. It truly is a gem in the local yoga scene, looking forward to continue my journey there.
Moul and Tae are super friendly. They created a studio with a local community vibe where everyone could feel welcomed. The beginner aerial classes have clear and safe instructions that help me feel challenged and rewarded. I see kids coming to the aerial classes all the time and they love it here, too!
In addition to aerial I also love the vinyasa and wheel yoga classes with Sabrina. Those always make me feel like a new person afterwards.
This is truly a gem in the area. Thank you for being here!
Love this dojo/ yoga studio. I have been coming to this place since 1/2021 and my experience has been great. Our kendo teacher, Master Kim, the owners, and my kendo buddies are super nice and helpful. We hang out after kendo practice or yoga classes sometimes. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to improve your fitness and make some friends. You will soon find your second family!
My 12 year old daughter wanted to try aerial yoga with her classmates, and I had to sign up too as she is under 13. The first few lessons were difficult and intimidating, however the instructors are patient and clear w instructions. We very quickly learned a few basics moves that allowed us feel progression and a sense of accomplishment. This is a great place to try out a fun and healthy activity with friends and children.
Amazing experience at Ki Body and Spirit! I’ve been attending classes for a year now and absolutely love Unify Practice with Tae and Aerial Yoga with Katrina. Unify Practice is controlled breath work combined with Qigong and yoga poses. I always feel like all my stress has been exhaled out by the time class is done and keep coming back for more! Aerial yoga can look intimidating at first, but it is so much fun! It’s a great workout that combines yoga poses, body strength and coordination. I couldn’t find any other place near me that offered these unique classes AND with a huge parking lot in the back. The instructors are caring and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is caught up and safely holding the pose for all different levels and necessary modifications.
Classes are easy to book on their website to reserve your spot. It can’t get any easier and I’m just about to run out of classes on my package. Time to get another one… it’s that good!
