Adam’s in studio yoga class was quite amazing. This was my first yoga class in over 10 years and it was truly worth it. Especially as a beginner, it was challenging to complete and hold some of the poses, but Adam provided supportive encouragement and guidance.

Lilith’s restorative yoga was calming and helped with balancing out various areas of my body. Overall an awesome experience.

Teresa is the best instructor I’ve ever had for yoga! I took her Sunday Soul Flow. It was a beautiful flow with many variations to meet all levels. I loved her attention to the holistic and traditional side of yoga as opposed to just stretching. She also sang, used sound bowls, and offered a brief massage at the end to those who wished to participate. Truly an amazing experience!

ALSO, the studio itself has phenomenal customer service. They are just a phone call/text away and are very willing to help you resolve any issues.

Had a Vinyasa session with Ian today. I've only tried yoga twice about 10 years ago so was feeling a little nervous about it but it wasn't so bad even as a beginner! The class was great and time passed by quickly. I wasn't sure about some of the poses but Ian explained as he went without it interrupting the flow of the class.

I've been taking their classes since they started their yoga studio in Flushing. I had no experience with yoga before their classes, but Nina and Debra taught from the very basics and are both nice and knowledgeable teachers. Highly recommend their restorative classes, very relaxing and healing, helpful to not only relieve my stiff muscle and joints, but also elevate inner peace in the mind. Nice yogis, warm class ambient with soothing music. It's a treat to myself every time I go there.
