Now that I have moved and am no longer a member, I can put out my honest thoughts and opinions about this place. This is one of the cleanest, most well run gyms in the area. If you're a serious bodybuilder or heavy weight lifter, there are other gyms that can better accommodate your needs. This gym is for the average person, who's made it their goal to work out and need as little resistance as possible when it comes to going to a gym. You can literally see the staff cleaning each treadmill tread, every handle of every machine, heck even hand drawing every piece of art in the place. 24/7 access is excellent for someone like me who needs the flexibility to work out at 5 AM one day and 11 PM the next.

Great atmosphere. Always clean. Community feeling. And the manager Nikki is so cheerful and always talks to everyone in the mornings ready to answer any and all questions about the equipment or exercises. Great gym!
I have been a member since June 2016 and I fell in love with this gym. It has a very welcoming, at home feeling when you walk through the doors. Staff is amazing, the other members are friendly and has plenty of equipment. It's a small gym but I rarely ever have to wait to use the equipment unlike other gyms. And nothing beats being able to come in past 11 o'clock to get my workout in which I would not be able to do at any other gym in the area. The 24 hour access most definitely comes in handy.
