Staff are professional, welcoming and caring. My doctor is not only knowledgeable but compassionate, comforting, supportive and funny. I’m going through a rough time and the staff and my doctor make me feel like I’m not a just a number but an actual person that matters.
Very friendly front staff. Dr. Ross is amazing and knowledgeable. Her interns and PA are also very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone dealing with skin conditions such as acne, keloids ,hyperpigmentation etc.
I was visiting relatives for the holidays when I noticed my face had red, splotchiness on my face one morning. I visited Dr. Ros. It was easy to make an appt, I got an appt quickly, the office staff was polite, the wait the was minimal, the appt was quick and easy — (maybe 20 minutes,) Dr. Ros knew what the problem was and she prescribed a few inexpensive medications, but best of all, NO ONE TRIED TO SELL ME ANYTHING, unlike a dermatologist about 10-15 minutes down 46 W, who I won’t name, but who, interestingly, has MANY great reviews 🤔. That was one of the worst experiences of my life and it is beyond irritating when you go to a doctor for a problem and 15 minutes is spent discussing a product line that is unrealistic and unreasonably expensive. It is invasive and, honestly, disrespectful of the patient and their time. I’m glad that I found Dr. Ros, who also has another location nearby where I reside. Talk about convenience!! Would definitely recommend!! This is an unpaid, unsolicited, and real review.
I’ve been to the Dermatology Institute a number of times over the past ten years. Every time I’ve been there everyone is very pleasant to deal with. I usually see Nurse Practioner Therese, who’s diagnosed and successfully treated every problem I’ve had. I would highly recommend them to anyone with skin problems.
I love Dr. Ros . She is amazing the best dermatologist she found my melanoma a few years ago. I will never go anywhere else . Her staff is friendly, organized and helpful. It's hard to find a doctors office like this today . Healthcare has become complicated. Not here ! Flora the office manager is a gem as well !
