DMF Construction

We had a wonderful experience with DMF who came in, replaced the roof and the siding and left us with a house that looks brand new. Dave is a pleasure to work with, answered all of our questions and stuck to his word on everything he promised. The workers were awesome, they got the job done and even did the little extra that we needed. So grateful for their time, work and effort and will will be circling back to DMF Construction for future work!

DMF did a wonderful job on the projects on my recently purchased home! Mark provided a clear and thorough overview of my project needs, and limitations, during the estimate visit. Dave handled the paperwork and backend of my 203k Rehab Loan with ease and was transparent and honest throughout the process. Dave also did a great job of communicating with me regarding the costs, timeline, and crew. When I raised a minor concern to Dave it was quickly handled and with care. I would use DMF for future projects and would absolutely recommend anyone utilizing 203k funding to work with them!

DMF Construction performed renovations at my home in 2018. Dave Anico was my point of contact and project manager. Dave was professional, reliable and made sure I never had to ask for an update. I received unprompted, regular messages from Dave throughout the entire project. His workers treated my home and my pets with respect. I never came home to dust or debris laying around my house and they took great care in making sure my two cats did not get stuck under a floor board. DMF's prices were very reasonable! When the project was done, Dave did a walk-thru with me and any minor issues I had were immediately addressed. The work performed was done well and has lasted these 8 years with no isssue. I replaced windows, a bathroom, put down flooring, had gutters and leaders installed, a second layer on my roof and the entire second floor painted. I think it took less than a month for all of this work to be performed. I recently contacted DMF to perform renovations. True to form, Dave showed up when he said he would, sent me an itemized and thorough proposal when he said he would and followed-up with me. I highly recommend DMF Construction for all your household construction needs--you will find no better!
