We are launching a new luxury residential building in Bayonne called The Alora. We were looking to host a breakfast on our rooftop and sought out opinions on who to use for fresh local goodies. Double Batch Bakery came highly recommended by multiple people so the choice was obvious. We ordered an assortment of pastries including Chocolate Croissants, Gluten Free Almond Financiers, Vegan Hummingbird Muffins, Banana Walnut Bread, Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins, Lemon Raspberry Scones, and more. We worked with the owners who were almost as sweet as their baked goods, and let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint! I had to stop myself from nibbling on them while setting up the breakfast. We served about 20-30 people and everyone was raving about the freshness and the presentation! It was clear that this bakery was no ordinary bakery and we will certainly be returning for repeat business again and again!! Good people. Good food. Sold. Five stars for sure - Ten out of Ten even :))

I got the chance to try this bakery for lunch! When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked up to the window as it is a take out bakery and they change the menu daily. I ordered:

Double Batch is one of my absolute favorite spots in Bayonne! I love their window service concept—it’s fast, friendly, and super convenient. Their app makes it even easier to order ahead and just pick up.

The $10 surprise box is a must-try! It’s filled with pastries from the day before, and I’ve gotten it twice—both times the contents were delicious and totally worth it.

Today I ordered the surprise box again, plus a Croissamada and the Tomato, Ricotta & Pesto Square—everything was insanely good!
I recommend Double Batch 💯. They never disappoint!

Family owned by 2 beyond talented pastry chefs whom are a beautiful married couple with 2 awesome and lucky twin boys (double batch), their parents, cousins and employee Ben 😻who keep all the wonderful goods, service and Magick in the family delivering the sweetest enrichment in the city of Bayonne and all of Hudson!
