Great experience! I recently traded in my 11-year-old car for a Certified Pre-owned vehicle, and working with Armand and Steven was fantastic. They made the whole process incredibly smooth and seamless, took time to thoroughly answer all my questions, and were very professional and incredibly accommodating the entire time. I picked up my car the very next day after deciding to purchase, and it looked straight out the factory with spotless detailing. They even removed the aftermarket window tinting and I could not tell it was ever there in the first place. Professional shop work and I would highly recommend working with Armand, Steven and Douglas INFINITI!
I recently purchased a used vehicle for my son from salesman Armand and worked with Steven over the evening prior. Yes, the evening around 9pm I put interest in on a vehicle and got a response and a car fax sent to me. It was unbelievable. I have never been treated so well for a mid priced used car. They are exceptional and will absolutely drive the hr as I live in Monmouth county to go buy my next vehicle there. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the haggle free process I went through. Above and beyond. Good job guys keep up the hard work and great mentality on how to treat a customer.
