Dr Anup is definitely the best nephrologist ever. He treated our son in 2018 at SPUH. Our son was born with chronic kidney disease and remained in NICU for 18 days. Every time we went to Dr. Anup he gave us so much hope, moral support and explained us everything so well. Me & my husband will always be grateful to him. Definitely our son got really lucky & blessed to have him as his nephrologist. My son is now 6 years old & doing really good. God bless you Dr. Anup Singh.
My son has been a patient of Dr. Singh for about 2 years. I've had a great experience with the doctor and the staff up until now. So my son ran out of refills so I called the office. The receptionist was so RUDE and not personable at all. She said since he hasn't been seen in 9 months, she would have to send the request to the RN manager. So the nurse calls me the next day and tells me that the doctor won't fill the Rx because he hasn't taken his meds on a regular basis so I had to wait until June to see the doctor in order to receive another script because my son hasn't been taken his meds on a daily basis anyway so he had to wait 2 months to determine if he should remain on his meds. First of all, he has a family history of hypertension so rather than call in refills until he's seen, they would rather risk my son's health than to provide him the meds that he needs. I'm not sure how they received their medical licenses to allow a pediatric patient to go without blood pressure medication for 2 months with a history of Epilepsy as well. I am reporting this office staff to the board of health because I refuse to accept this treatment and behavior.
Dr Singh has been my nephrologist for over 5 years and has always maintained a positive and professional attitude towards my treatment and illness. The staff always answers all my serious concerns and silly questions without any judgment and complete understanding. Never in my 5 years of over 100 doctor appointments have any of the staff or doctor Singh treated me or my family without kindness. I have recommended him to other friends who are looking for a nephrologist!!! Since I’m 21 now I have to transition away from a pediatric nephrologist but I’ll miss the staff and Dr Singh dearly !
Dr. Singh and his team are amazing. My daughter has been a patient of his for 2 years. She developed Lupus Nephritis, and our world was turned upside down. Dr. Singh delivers the best care to my daughter, while helping us navigate our new normal. Marcie, Dr. Singh’s secretary, always goes above and beyond. She has helped us navigate through referrals and appointments with other Doctors. Marcie has always been very responsive whenever I call and have a question, concern, or need a medication refill. I could not imagine navigating my daughter’s healthcare without the support of Dr. Singh and his dedicated team. They are the BEST!!
Dr. Singh is the absolute best!!! We have been going to Dr. Singh for 12 years. My daughter has FSGS, a rare kidney disease. He has treated her as his own, with care and compassion. He is great with our family as well.
Marcie, his receptionist is also the very best!! She is always so helpful and accommodating when my daughter needs to be seen on short notice. She is always so pleasant, goes out of her way to help, especially with referrals when they don't come through or when we have an emergency appointment.
If you need to see a pediatric nephrologist do not hesitate to see Dr Singh. This is the best doctor with the best office staff that I've have ever had experience with!!!
