On Saturday, my grandmother woke up with a severely swollen mouth and intense pain caused by her dentures. I was so worried and started calling around for help—and thank the Lord, I was given the information for Dr. Defilippis. Despite it being last-minute, Dr. Defilippis kindly squeezed my grandmother in the same day. From the moment we walked into the office, we were met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care from the entire staff. My grandmother was incredibly nervous, but Dr. Defilippis immediately put her at ease. He was sweet, patient, and incredibly gentle with her—taking the time to explain everything and ensure she was comfortable. It’s rare to find a doctor who truly cares about his patients the way Dr. Defilippis does.
