Exceptional Experience — Customer for Life
I’ve purchased dozens of vehicles over the years—most often Porsches, Mercedes, and Range Rovers—and I can confidently say this was one of the best automotive experiences I’ve ever had. While I’ve owned many Jeeps, this most recent purchase truly stands above all the rest.
From start to finish, the buying process was absolutely top-tier—professional, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable. But what truly set this experience apart was Nate, the Service Manager. Nate went above and beyond not only to earn my trust and business on aftermarket upgrades, but to personally follow the entire installation process and ensure that everything was done perfectly. That level of attention, accountability, and pride in work is rare today.
Because of the team—and especially Nate—I’m not just a satisfied customer… I’m a customer for life.
Clear communication, Fast service, Nice waiting room facilities. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks!
Mike and the service team are AMAZING! Long story but my daughter’s jeep was having some issues while at college in Tennessee. I needed to road trip with my jeep and swap out cars. My car needed an oil change before a14 hr drive and a quick look over. Mike squeezed me in for the next day.
Just amazing people and they care.
Also, Bill in sales went above and beyond when I bought my Wrangler. He personally drove 2.5 hrs to pick up my car from another dealer.
2025 service award goes to Team Welsh Jeep!
Welsh’s Jeep has been a staple in this part of NJ for longer than I’ve been alive. My parents bought their Wagoneers here back in the eighties from Pete Welsh. I just bought my first Jeep through them this year. It’s a throw back to when dealers in small towns were family owned. They treat you like a person, and there is none of the big dealer BS with the sales manager or credit guy. They tell you like it is, and gave me a great deal. Their service department is also great, and also has that small town feel. So far, so good! And I live my Wagoneer!
Bill Monahan is a great salesman there; they have one price for everyone and no negotiation. They have great lease program and no markup because of shortage of cars. Other car dealers would charge you three times more a similarly price car.
