Audi Bridgewater

I recently decided to lease a 2025 Audi Q5 Quattro from Audi of Bridgewater after considering similar SUV's from nearby dealerships. I couldn't be any happier with my decision. My salesperson, Chris Harper was the consumate professional. He was patient, respectful and thoroughly transparent. The whole process was painless and enjoyable. Thank you manager, Jesus, F&I manager, Kristen and Chris in particular for getting me into my new ride! Job well done. I brought my 2015 B8.5 Audi A4 in for an alignment after being lowered. I received a loaner car for the day and the Bridgewater team had my car done by the end of day. Worked closely back and forth on calls with me as well letting me know what was going on with a few issues they ran into in the process but managed to have no problem getting the job done. Very friendly and professional staff, and for an alignment reasonable priced as well on top of knowing you have Audi professionals wrenching on the car the right way. Also got a complimentary wash which is always nice.

I've been getting my Audi S4 serviced at Audi Bridgewater for over 10 years and have always received excellent service. It's not cheap, but they provide reliable and professional service. Yesterday's service was no exception. I highly recommend them.

Audi of Bridgwater the whole staff is amazing they serviced my vehicle with exceptional service and provided me a loner vehicle. The day after service was completed the called me just to check in to ask if I am satisfied with my service. It’s the little attention to detail that makes Audi of Bridgwater stand out in a crowd of other service departments. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to service their vehicle regardless of make or model.

Probably the finest service experience I've ever encountered at a new car dealership. Before purchasing my car I spoke with Ed (Service Mgr.) to see if there was anything I should know about, since the car was 2 years old. He went through the whole service history of the car and I felt confident buying it after our conversation. Now that I owned it, I needed a 2nd key, floor mats and the NJ potholes had bent a wheel that needed straightening. Ed and his team took care of all my needs and more. Audi of Bridgewater were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, competent and efficient. Even though I'm 30 minutes away, and have a number of Audi dealers to choose from, I will be returning to Bridgewater Audi for all my service needs!
