My Girlfriend Amanda and I bought our OBX Bronco Sport back in June and impressed isn’t even the right word!! Since then our oil has been changed and a possible recall check were done in our driveway!! The convenience is unmatched. Everything has been wonderful from the Bronco itself to the Service! Olivia thoroughly explained the several different packages and helped us pick out what fit our criteria the best!! She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and so on top of everything! What wonderful dealership to purchase a vehicle from! The salesman who helped us is a super nice guy and never pressured us or anything like that. Vincenzo showed us several vehicles and after a test drive we chose a beautiful 2023 Explorer Limited. We picked up the vehicle a few days later and so far I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. Marie in the business office is fantastic, she handled all the paperwork and clearly explained it all. My family and I bought a 2025 fairly base level pickup at the tail end of 2025. Let me say our sales person Olivia D. made this the least stressful, quickest and easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever experienced. First, I’m happy to say that I love this truck. So much nicer than our GMC Yukon, and no bizarre engine recall drama. I was initially reluctant to go with a V6, I’ve had 2 GMC Yukons with V-8s, but the H.O. V6 twin turbo in the 2025 Expedition is fantastic. Smooth and powerful. This MAX Expedition is fast!
Second, I’d like to recommend the team at Maplecrest Ford. A few years ago I bought my daughter a Bronco Sport and noticed that this dealership is different. It is not a massive facility filled with anonymous people. It’s an authentic, nostalgic type of dealership…smaller, way more personable. The way it used to be. Daniel took my order a few months ago, assuring me I’d have it before a family Thanksgiving road trip to Ohio. It was close…but it arrived in time. James handled the delivery, an A+ experience. Finally Marie handled my trade-in and purchase. She knows her job backwards and forwards. Overall a very pleasant experience and I walked away feeling great about the entire process. Did I mention I love this truck?
