Although I had never been to this shop before, Ernest saw me walking in the sudden snow storm we recently experienced after I ran out of fuel sitting in traffic for 2 hours. He approached me and asked if he could offer a gas can so I can get my car started again. He loaned me the fuel and tank without payment in order for me to get going. I sincerely appreciate the truly "FRIENDLY SERVICE". You don't get that from most places nowadays. Thank you very much Ernest!!!
I went to Ernie a few years ago on the recomendation of a very well respected auto body shop in Hackensack. He is a true professional who loves his craft. Everytime I have had work done, he and his staff have gone above and beyond to diagnose and figure out solutions and have always given me a diagnosis and done the repairs in an extremely timely fashion. I have recommended his establishment to anyone who tells me they have a problem with their vehicle. Do yourself a favor, if you need any kind of work done on your car, make E&A the first place you go to.
