I had EFER completely replace my roof, fascia board, gutters, update my front porch columns and header. After speaking with other companies EFER came in with the best price, answered all my questions and thoroughly checked into every concern I had. Responsiveness was a 11 out of 10! I’m very glad I chose EFER to replace our 30-year old roof, gutters, and fascia wrap. I am a picky customer, and I’ve been burned by contractors before. I obtained several roofing quotes, and I chose EFER for two reasons:

1) I had watched them do the roof across the street a year ago and was impressed with the crew and the final result, and my neighbor highly recommended them.

2) Eli was honest in estimating the work, and gave me a detailed, itemized list of each specific material, quantity and cost. No quote from other roofers was that detailed — but that’s exactly what I was looking for before signing a contract. Eli even included hand-nailed ridge vents; another roofer’s more expensive quote was for roll-out ridge vents.

Then, those exact materials were delivered and installed as promised. The crew spent extra time stretching a tarp along the back side of our house so that our entire metal porch awning was protected from debris. Their Equipter 4000 Drivable dumpster really helped with removing the old shingles from the other sides. They also built a "cricket" at the base of our chimney.

Each crew of specialists — roofing, fascia, and gutter — worked well together. I paced around watching their work progress and was pleased with their professionalism. Eli was present during much of the installation. Yessica in the office was always helpful, too.

I like how each material was installed and how it all looks, especially the GAF Cobra SnowCountry ridge vents which run nice and straight across. And EFER’s total price was fair. I don’t think I’d be this happy if I had chosen any of the other roofers I interviewed. I will gladly recommend EFER to my friends.

I can’t say enough wonderful accolades regarding this company. One year ago they put on a new roof and this week they did vinyl siding on my home after having significant wind damage due to a recent storm. It is absolutely gorgeous with workmanship of perfection. I’ve never dealt with a company as thorough and on target with their promises. They told me what they were doing every step of the way and have followed through on every detail. As soon as I contacted them (Joel) after the storm, he was here the next day to evaluate the damage and what was needed to repair it. The 4 men who are doing the work couldn’t be any more professional and polite. At the end of each day, they clean up the yard and it looks as so nice and accsenuates the new siding. This is by far the best company to work with if you’re in need of any house repairs. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone I know in need of their service. Well over a year ago I took it upon myself to file a claim through insurance for wind damage on my home. I had leaks all throughout the house and noticeable damage to my roof. My claim was sadly denied. It was around that time when Michael Avignone of EFER Renovations walked into one of the businesses I operate in Asbury Park. I explained to him my scenario, and he had me convinced that with his help he would be able to overturn my denial. I put the fate of my home in Michael's hands and although the process took a couple months, he did not disappoint. He was able to have my claim reopened and get the entire replacement approved. He is always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and one of the most efficient, persistent people I know.
From there it only got better. In my line of work, I deal with a ton of contractors across all trades. I have never been so impressed as I was with the entire EFER Renovations team. Eli, MIchael, Fabricio, Yessica, and all of the hard working roofers that worked on my home did some of the most beautiful work I have ever seen. They were clean, kind, and incredibly attentive to our needs. Above and beyond what I expected. We love the new look of our home and hope that nobody hesitates when deciding to use them, especially for the part of your home that matters the most.

Eli and crew did a fantastic job on my year off and re-roof and Michael (sales) was extremely professional and attentive. By the way I’m a real stickler for detail because I also do this type of work.
Highest quality products and in and out in no time. Appointment made, job done, and attention to detail fantastic. Job finished on time and clean up was extremely detailed with magnetic rollers and complete blow off of property and beds of all working debris and even left over leaves.
Cleaned my gutters and installed gutter guards too.
